SMK Cipta Karya Bekasi mengadakan IN HOUSE TRAINING (IHT)
Dalam rangka, meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas tenaga pendidik , SMK Cipta Karya Bekasi mengadakan In House Training (IHT) Penguatan Implementasi Kurikulum 2013
Untuk menghasilkan peserta didik yang berdedikasi dan berkualitas, perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas tenaga kependidikan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dengan adanya peningkatan mutu tenaga pendidik dan ketenaga kependidikan, semua guru diharapkan dapat memahami dan konteks belajar yang sesuai dengan kurikulum yang diterapkan di lingkungan sekolahnya, Tak lama ini, SMK Cipta Karya Bekasi mengadakan IN HOUSE TRAINING bagi seluruh guru-guru dan tenaga kependidikan, guna mengevaluasi, menambah wawasan, dan penambahan pengalaman baru dalam mengajar di SMK Cipta Karya Bekasi. Sasarah peserta dari IHT adalah guru-guru SMK yang memiliki jam produktif dan ke-aktifan dalam aktivitas di lingkungan sekolah. Dengan diadakan nya, kegiatan ini , semua guru dapat mengembangkan seluruh perangkat administrasi mengajarnya dari Silabus, RPP, dllnya. Dalam kegiatan IHT ini pun, kami di dampingi oleh tenaga pengawas dan tutor yang ahli di bidang perangkat administrasi guru maupun sekolah. Diharapkan setelah diadakannya IHT, seluruh tenaga pendidik dapat mengimplementasikan ilmu dan wawasan yang baru. guna menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menyenangkan ,produktif , dan efisien.
